Terms & Conditions
TriGlobe Recordings · Effective May 2026 · Subject to revision
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by TriGlobe Recordings and TriGlobe Recordings Music Publishing ("TriGlobe," "we," "us"). By submitting a commission request, entering into a service agreement, purchasing a license, or engaging TriGlobe Recordings in any commercial capacity, you agree to these terms. Individual service agreements — including the Sync Licensing Agreement, Custom Composition Agreement, Catalog Partnership Agreement, Remix License Agreement, and Sync Representation Agreement — supplement these terms and govern specific service relationships in greater detail. In the event of any conflict, the individual service agreement controls.
1. Scope of Services
TriGlobe Recordings offers sync licensing, custom composition, sonic branding, ghostwriting and co-writing, video game music, visual art commissions, podcast themes, remix licensing, sync representation, and related music publishing services. All services are provided by TriGlobe Recordings LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company and music label and publishing entity based in southcentral Pennsylvania.
TriGlobe Recordings reserves the right to decline any commission or service request at its sole discretion, with or without explanation, and without liability.
1B. No Guaranteed Engagement or Ongoing Relationship
Submitting an inquiry, brief, or contact form through trigloberecordings.com — or communicating with TriGlobe Recordings through any channel — does not guarantee a response, an engagement, an accepted project, or an ongoing working relationship of any kind.
TriGlobe Recordings evaluates each inquiry individually and reserves the right to decline any project, inquiry, or collaboration request for any reason or no reason, without explanation. A response to an inquiry constitutes interest in the potential engagement only — it does not constitute a commitment to work together, a contractual obligation, or the establishment of an ongoing client relationship.
An ongoing working relationship exists only when both parties have executed a signed written agreement governing a specific project or service engagement. Completion of one project does not entitle either party to subsequent engagements, referrals, or continued access to TriGlobe's services. Each engagement is discrete and independent unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Consultation sessions purchased as part of the Build with TriGlobe Guide + Session tier are single 30-minute educational sessions. The purchase of a consultation session does not create an ongoing consulting relationship, a retainer arrangement, or any entitlement to follow-up sessions, advice, or communications beyond the scheduled session itself.
2. Delivery Timelines
All delivery timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Quoted delivery windows — including "24 hours," "48 hours," and "72 hours" — represent TriGlobe's sincere commitment to efficient delivery and reflect typical performance under normal operating conditions.
TriGlobe Recordings reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines when necessary due to project complexity, volume of concurrent requests, technical factors, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, TriGlobe will notify the client promptly and provide a revised delivery estimate at the earliest opportunity.
Our commitment: TriGlobe Recordings will make every good-faith effort to deliver all commissioned work at the highest quality achievable within the most reasonable timeline for both parties. Where a deadline is critical, please communicate this clearly at the time of your request so we can prioritize accordingly.
Rush delivery — defined as requests requiring delivery within 48 hours — is subject to a rush premium as specified in the applicable service agreement or commission confirmation. Rush timelines are attempted in good faith but carry the same estimate caveat as standard delivery windows.
3. Payment and Cancellation
All sales are final. TriGlobe Recordings does not offer refunds on completed work, delivered licenses, or executed agreements. Where a deposit is required before work begins, the deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Deposits are typically 50% of the total project fee and are due before work begins.
- Balance payments are due upon delivery of final work product.
- Final files, licenses, and agreements are not released until payment is received in full.
- Cancellation of a project after work has begun forfeits the deposit. No additional amounts are owed if work is cancelled before delivery of the first draft.
- If TriGlobe Recordings is unable to deliver a commissioned work for reasons within our control, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 14 business days.
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer (ACH), and check payable to TriGlobe Recordings LLC. Payment method availability may vary by transaction size and client type.
4. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in each commission is specified at the time of the engagement or in the applicable service agreement. Revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $150 to $200 per revision session depending on service type, as specified in the relevant agreement.
A revision round is defined as a single consolidated set of notes or changes communicated in one document or message. Multiple separate revision requests submitted independently may each count as a separate revision round at TriGlobe's reasonable discretion.
5. Intellectual Property and Rights
All compositions created by TriGlobe Recordings involve human-authored original lyrics, creative direction, and musical frameworks that constitute protectable intellectual property owned by the identified songwriter(s). Sound recordings produced using AI-directed production tools are subject to the commercial exploitation rights framework described in individual service agreements.
No ownership of any composition or recording is transferred to a client unless explicitly stated in a fully executed written agreement. Licenses granted by TriGlobe Recordings convey the specific rights described in the applicable agreement only. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by TriGlobe Recordings.
Clients receiving licenses or commissioned works represent and warrant that they will use such materials only within the scope explicitly granted and will not redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit such materials beyond the agreed scope without prior written consent from TriGlobe Recordings.
6. Moral Rights
TriGlobe Recordings retains moral rights in all compositions created under any service arrangement. Specifically, TriGlobe Recordings reserves the right to:
- Require accurate attribution in all contexts where music credits are listed.
- Withhold consent to any material alteration of a composition that would be prejudicial to the composer's honor or reputation.
- Withdraw any composition from use if it is associated with content that TriGlobe Recordings determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be objectionable — including but not limited to hate speech, political advertising without prior consent, adult content, or illegal activity — upon 14 days written notice with opportunity to cure.
7. Hold Harmless and Limitation of Liability
Hold Harmless: Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TriGlobe Recordings, its founder, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising from: (a) Client's use of any music, license, or service provided by TriGlobe Recordings beyond the scope explicitly granted; (b) Client's breach of any term of any agreement with TriGlobe Recordings; (c) any third-party claim arising from Client's own creative contributions incorporated into a commissioned work; or (d) Client's violation of any applicable law in connection with their use of TriGlobe's services.
Limitation of Liability: TriGlobe Recordings' total liability to any client for any claim arising from any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to TriGlobe Recordings in the three months preceding the claim. TriGlobe Recordings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action and whether or not TriGlobe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Platform and Third-Party Dependency: TriGlobe Recordings' services utilize AI-directed production platforms and third-party distribution, licensing, and payment services. TriGlobe Recordings is not liable for service disruptions, changes in platform terms, or failures of any third-party service that affect delivery or quality of commissioned work, provided TriGlobe has made good-faith efforts to mitigate any impact on the client.
8. Quality Commitment
Our promise to every client and partner: TriGlobe Recordings commits to making every good-faith effort to deliver exceptional quality work with the efficiency and care that our clients' projects deserve. We treat every brief — regardless of budget — as an opportunity to create something genuinely excellent. If we believe a commission cannot be executed to a standard we are proud of, we will tell you before accepting payment rather than deliver something we cannot stand behind.
Where a delivered work does not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of commission, TriGlobe Recordings will provide reasonable additional revisions at no charge to bring the work into conformance. This commitment applies to specifications communicated clearly at the outset of the engagement and does not extend to subjective creative preferences that were not communicated in the original brief.
9. Confidentiality
The specific financial terms of all service agreements are confidential. TriGlobe Recordings will not disclose client identities, project details, or financial arrangements to third parties without client consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill the engagement.
Ghostwriting and co-writing clients may request that TriGlobe Recordings maintain confidentiality regarding the creative collaboration. TriGlobe Recordings will honor such requests and will not publicly disclose its songwriting contribution to any commissioned work without the client's explicit written consent.
10. Blog Submissions and User Content
TriGlobe Recordings invites members of the creative community to submit their own music stories for potential publication on the TriGlobe blog. By submitting a blog post or story, you agree to the following:
- All submitted content is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
- You grant TriGlobe Recordings a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, and distribute submitted content on the trigloberecordings.com website and in promotional materials.
- TriGlobe Recordings reserves the right to edit submitted posts for clarity, length, grammar, formatting, and consistency with the tone and standards of the blog, without altering the substantive meaning of the submission.
- TriGlobe Recordings reserves the right to decline any submission for any reason without explanation.
- Submissions may be published under the contributor's name or as "Anonymous" at the contributor's request.
- TriGlobe Recordings does not compensate contributors for blog submissions.
- Submitted content must not contain defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal material.
Publication is at the sole discretion of TriGlobe Recordings. Submission of content does not guarantee publication.
11. Remix Program Terms
The TriGlobe Recordings Remix Program is governed by the Remix License Agreement executed between TriGlobe Recordings and each individual licensee. The following general terms apply to all remix program participants:
- All remix licenses are personal and non-transferable.
- Commercial use under a Tier 1 (free) license constitutes a material breach and triggers retroactive commercial rates plus a 25% administrative fee.
- TriGlobe Recordings participates in Content ID and similar platform monitoring programs. Tier 1 licensees consent to monetization of their remix by TriGlobe through these programs as a condition of the free license.
- Tier 2 Content ID claims are released upon verification within 5 business days.
- All licenses require a minimum of 30% original creative transformation.
12. Sync Representation Terms
TriGlobe Recordings' sync representation service operates on a non-exclusive, contingency basis. The following general terms apply:
- TriGlobe Recordings earns a 20% commission on gross licensing fees for placements it originates. No commission is owed on placements the artist secures independently.
- All licensing fees are collected by TriGlobe Recordings and the artist's 80% share is remitted within 14 business days of payment clearing.
- A tail provision applies: placements originated during the representation term generate a 20% commission even if the fee is paid after the agreement expires, for a period of 180 days following agreement end.
- TriGlobe Recordings does not guarantee any specific number of placements or any minimum revenue.
13. Changes to These Terms
TriGlobe Recordings reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication at trigloberecordings.com/terms. Continued use of TriGlobe's services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
Individual service agreements executed before any change to these Terms remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of execution.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any TriGlobe Recordings service relationship shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [County] County, Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees.

16. Educational Products — Build with TriGlobe
The following terms apply specifically to all digital products, guides, templates, and consultation services offered under the Build with TriGlobe brand at trigloberecordings.com/build.
A. No Financial or Business Results Guarantee. TriGlobe Recordings makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding financial outcomes, streaming metrics, licensing placements, publishing revenue, sync placements, follower growth, catalog valuation, or any other business or financial result that may or may not arise from purchasing or implementing the information contained in any Build with TriGlobe product. Individual results vary based on catalog quality, market conditions, timing, effort, and numerous other factors outside TriGlobe's control. Nothing in any Build with TriGlobe product constitutes a promise or prediction of specific financial outcomes.
B. Educational Purpose Only. All Build with TriGlobe products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or professional services of any regulated kind. TriGlobe Recordings is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, accountant, or music industry professional of any regulated designation. Purchasers are strongly encouraged to consult qualified independent legal counsel, a certified public accountant, and other relevant professionals before implementing any strategy, agreement, or business structure discussed in any Build with TriGlobe product.
C. Hold Harmless — Educational Products. By purchasing any Build with TriGlobe product, purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TriGlobe Recordings LLC, its founder, officers, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising from or related to: (a) purchaser's implementation of any strategy, template, agreement, or recommendation contained in any Build with TriGlobe product; (b) any business or financial outcome — positive or negative — resulting from purchaser's use of the information provided; (c) any third-party claim arising from purchaser's use of template documents or agreements provided as part of any Build with TriGlobe product; or (d) any reliance on the educational content as a substitute for qualified professional legal, financial, or business advice.
D. Template Documents Disclaimer. Legal document templates provided as part of any Build with TriGlobe product are starting points for independent review and adaptation — not finished agreements suitable for immediate use without professional review. TriGlobe Recordings makes no warranty that any template document is legally enforceable in any specific jurisdiction or that it is appropriate for any specific transaction. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for reviewing, adapting, and executing any template document with appropriate professional guidance.
E. Consultation Sessions. Thirty-minute consultation sessions included in the Guide + Session tier are provided as educational conversations only. Nothing discussed in a consultation session constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or the establishment of an attorney-client relationship. TriGlobe Recordings is not a law firm. Consultation sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. No more than one reschedule per purchased session.
F. Digital Product Refund Policy. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Because the primary deliverable — written information and document templates — is immediately accessible upon purchase, no refund is available after delivery regardless of whether the purchaser has reviewed the content. If technical delivery failure prevents access to purchased content, TriGlobe will re-deliver within 48 hours of written notice.
G. Accuracy and Currency of Information. The music industry, AI platform terms, copyright law, PRO registration requirements, and related areas covered in Build with TriGlobe products are subject to rapid change. TriGlobe Recordings makes reasonable efforts to keep educational products current but cannot guarantee that all information reflects the most recent developments at any given moment. Purchasers are responsible for verifying current requirements with relevant authorities — including the US Copyright Office, BMI, ASCAP, the Pennsylvania Department of State, and the IRS — before acting on any information provided.
These terms do not constitute legal advice. Parties entering into service relationships with TriGlobe Recordings are encouraged to consult independent legal counsel. These terms are intended to operate in conjunction with individual service agreements, which govern specific engagements in greater detail.
